Managing a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.2. Conducting depositions, court appearances, and discovery.3. Conducting comprehensive legal research and drafting legal documents.4. Maintaining strong client relations, ensuring that clients are kept informed and updated on case progress.5. Mediating disputes and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.6. Drafting and reviewing motions and other court filings.QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.3. Admission to the CT State Bar.4. Proven experience with depositions, court appearances, discovery, legal research, and legal writing.5. Exceptional client relations skills, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of client care.6.
