Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and declarations. Conducting thorough and effective client interviews to collect necessary information and provide legal counsel. Conducting discovery to obtain relevant information to support the client's legal position. Develop your skills in drafting trial briefs and mediationQualifications Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Law Attorney. Active license to practice law in the state of California. Proven experience in the courtroom is highly desired. Strong legal research and writing skills.
