We specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the Trial Attorney position in our Litigation Department.Why join us?Competitive Pay ($250,000-$500,000) 401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planJob DetailsResponsibilities:· Day-to-day handling of cases from filing of the complaint to trial.· Provide guidance and lead the litigation team.· Taking depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.· Reviewing drafted documents from staff and associates.· Trial preparation and strategy.· Prepare and strategize Motions in Limine and associated trial documents.· Settlement negotiations.· Settlement/dispositive proceedings [Mediations, arbitrations, etc.]· Jury trials as First Chair.· Post-trial motions.· Provide legal opinions to clients.First Chair: 1 year (Preferred)Second Chair: 1 year (Preferred)Personal injury law: 1 year (Required)Interested in hearing more?
