Fun Company Activities! Many More!Job DetailsWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Quality Inspector to join our well-established and growing team! This critical role will involve ensuring that all our products meet the required quality standards before they reach our customers. Responsibilities:1. Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.2. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.3. Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of each component.4. Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.5. Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.6. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.7. Apply the principles of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure precision and accuracy in product manufacturing.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.2. Proven experience and knowledge in Quality Control, Inspection Techniques, Precision Measurement, Blueprint Reading, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and Mechanical Inspection.3. Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.4. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.6.
