This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, meeting challenges head-on with innovative solutions. You'll be the go-to person for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring our clients can continue their day-to-day operations seamlessly. If you are passionate about technology, customer service, and problem-solving, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities: Provide first-rate technical support to all staff, ensuring that their IT issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including operating systems (Windows 10), applications, and network connectivity. Manage and maintain the ticketing system (Footprints) and time management system (Kronos), ensuring all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to optimize the efficiency and security of the system. Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to manage and execute IT projects. Provide training and support to end-users for IT applications and hardware. Keep abreast of the latest developments in IT technology and maintain up-to-date knowledge of COMPTIA.Qualifications: Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role in the Tech Services industry. Proven experience with Kronos, Footprints, Windows 10, and COMPTIA. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT security. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical support. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
