This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and shape marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client relations, marketing strategy, business strategy, development of marketing materials, sales management, and sales operations.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.2. Foster and cultivate relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.3. Collaborate with the marketing team to design, develop and implement effective marketing materials that align with our brand and business objectives.4. Lead, manage and support the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.5. Monitor and analyze sales operations and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.7. Work closely with the management team to set targets, develop budgets, and make key decisions that drive business growth.8. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and forge new relationships.Qualifications:1. Bachelor"s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field.2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.3. Proven experience in the legal industry is highly desirable.4. Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing strategies.5. Proficient in developing effective marketing materials and sales strategies.6. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing sales teams.7. Excellent client relationship management skills.8. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.12. Experience with InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.
