This includes commissioning, installation, start-up, warranty, and paid services. This role is crucial for building lasting customer relationships and connecting customers with products and internal teams.Primary Responsibilities Provide technical support and solutions for electrical issues before, during, and after manufacturing. Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes based on engineering specifications. Install and maintain electrical control systems. Perform commissioning, start-up, and repair/refurbishment of complex electronic and mechanical equipment at customer facilities. Maintain accurate troubleshooting records in the service database and generate comprehensive technical reports promptly. Modify and maintain PLC and HMI programs. When not traveling, perform machine wiring, panel assembly, programming, and testing duties in the workshop.Preferred Qualifications, Education, Skills Willingness to travel 20-60% as required. Proficiency in computer and electronics, including processors, electronic equipment, computer hardware and software, applications, and programming. Mechanical expertise involving machines, tools, their design, use, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of production and processing techniques, including raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and methods for optimizing equipment manufacture. Proficiency in programming software, specifically Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, and Servo programming.Interested in hearing more?
