We have offices in Walnut Creek, CA, Reno, NV and we just opened a new location last week in New York City (Rockefeller Center). These are full time, direct hire positions, where you can work from home up to 3 days per week. For the right candidate, we would allow you to work even more days from home. Audit Manager: Take full responsibility for client engagements, including thorough engagement reviews, scheduling, staffing, timing, and resolving technical issues as needed. Ensure successful completion of engagements by proactively identifying and addressing problem areas with minimal oversight. Manage, supervise, and mentor Staff and Senior accountants, fostering their professional development, providing technical guidance, and maintaining a positive team environment. Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned staff and manage ongoing performance. Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new client opportunities.Why join us?
