Preferred Bachelors or Associates degree in a technical discipline. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization providing courteous, timely and accurate information. Ability to solve problems involving several variables. Time management and organization skills are required with the ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize situations requiring urgent attention is critical. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Continuous Improvement mindset and a focus on Quality. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
