As a vital member of our roofing crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various commercial roofing systems, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Install and maintain diverse roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing solutionsSafely operate and maintain industry-standard tools and equipmentAdhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols, promoting a safe work environmentPerform tasks in various weather conditions, demonstrating physical agility and enduranceClimb and work on ladders, lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbsCommunicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other company personnelQualifications:Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and physical examinationStrong work ethic and attention to detailTeam-oriented mindset with excellent communication skillsComfortable working at heights and in challenging weather conditionsInterested in hearing more?
