This role requires a strong ability to provide exceptional communication and legal counsel to clients. The Senior Associate Attorney will play a pivotal role in case management and will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes for our clients.Responsibilities Provide expert advice and representation in various areas of law including construction law, real estate law, and business law. Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity. Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution while maintaining high standards of client service. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies tailored to their unique situations. Participate in negotiations and mediations on behalf of clients to achieve favorable settlements. Conduct depositions, trials, and appeals, as needed. Provide routine general counsel to business clients. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases or the firm"s practice areas. Mentor junior attorneys and support staff by providing guidance on legal matters and case management support.Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Colorado. Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing in a law office setting with a focus on civil litigation. Experience in construction law, real estate law, and business law is preferred. Proficient in legal drafting with a strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Interested in hearing more?
