As a leading player in the Manufacturing industry, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety in our products. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring these standards are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for the implementation and management of quality control systems, compliance with industry regulations, and the ongoing improvement of our manufacturing processes. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for professional growth and development.Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and direct quality assurance programs designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy. Formulate and maintain quality control objectives, and coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMP, document control, GFSI, and PCQI. Investigate and respond to customer complaints regarding quality and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems, or process-related topics. Review and approve quality-related documents in accordance with GMP and company procedures. Direct workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products. Develop, implement, and monitor quality metrics for the manufacturing process, identifying areas of improvement and implementing new strategies as necessary.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment. Solid knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulations, including HACCP, SQF, GMP, document control, GFSI, and PCQI. Proven experience in managing quality assurance teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in the use of statistical analysis software and computer applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar certification will be considered a plus.
