This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage large-scale healthcare construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. This position requires a high level of leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen understanding of construction processes and healthcare industry standards.Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage large-scale healthcare construction projects from conception to completion.2. Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and procedures, ensuring that these align with the company's objectives and client's requirements.3. Coordinate and supervise the work of project team members including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.4. Conduct regular project meetings, maintain constant communication with stakeholders, and provide regular project updates to senior management.5. Manage project budget and schedule, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.6. Oversee contract administration, procurement, and negotiations.7. Ensure all projects comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards and regulations.8. Identify and manage project risks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary.9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and implement best practices in project management.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or certification, such as a PMP, is highly desirable.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare construction.3. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.4. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.5. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.7. Proficiency in project management software tools.8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.9. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.10. Willingness to travel as needed for project oversight.
