Provide comprehensive litigation support to our team of attorneys, including research, drafting, and filing of pleadings.2. Manage and organize large volumes of complex legal documents, ensuring they are accurately filed and easily accessible.3. Utilize various legal software for case management, document review, and trial preparation.4. Prepare and manage e-filing in state and federal courts.5. Coordinate and manage client and witness interviews, depositions, and trial preparation.6. Maintain professional and positive client relations, acting as a liaison between attorneys and clients, and handle confidential information with discretion.7. Assist attorneys in the preparation and presentation of evidence in court.8. Conduct legal research and factual investigation as required.9. Coordinate with legal team to meet deadlines and ensure all legal procedures are followed correctly.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in litigation.2. Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.3. Proficiency in litigation support, e-file, legal software, client relations, and legal documentation.4. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of documents and prioritize work effectively.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.6. Strong research skills and attention to detail.7. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with legal research platforms.9.
