This role will involve working closely with our clients to advise and represent them in insurance coverage matters, including coverage analysis, litigation, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of insurance law, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Analyze complex insurance policies and advise clients on coverage issuesHandle all phases of insurance coverage litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discoveryRepresent clients in coverage disputes, bad faith claims, and civil appealsCollaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies and manage riskConduct thorough legal research and stay up-to-date with case law and regulations relevant to insurance coverageProvide clear and strategic counsel to clients, including insurance companies and business owners, on complex coverage questions and risk -management solutionsRequirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with the State Bar (California or Nevada preferred)3+ years of experience in insurance coverage and related litigationStrong knowledge of insurance law, including coverage analysis, bad faith, and defense litigationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseloadStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic thinkingPreferred Qualifications:Experience with both California and Nevada insurance coverage lawBackground in civil appeals and tort litigationProven track record of successful outcomes in insurance coverage disputesInterested in hearing more?
