Manage customer interactions for seamless transactions with borrowers ensuring the highest level of service throughout their mortgage journey. Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them Ensure that all origination activities are in full compliance with state and federal lending lawsRequirements: Minimum of 1 year as a self-generating mortgage lending experience required. Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations Maintain an active MLO license with the NMLS and state. Follow all requirements of the SAFE Act.
