Managing a caseload of 30-40 cases acting as the lead attorney through all aspects of litigation from filing through trial Developing case strategies and theories Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Taking and defending depositions including plaintiff, defendant, experts, and more Engaging in settlement negotiations Acting as second chair in trials Maintaining client communication to provide updates on case progress Overseeing and directing Paralegal and other support staffWhy join us? Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 3+ years" experience in personal injury civil litigation (Plaintiff Side) Ability to work in Torrance, CA office at least 4 days/week Experience managing own caseload including taking/defending motions, drafting motions, discovery, etc. Trial experience a plus but not required.Interested in hearing more?
