A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar and good standing.3. At least 1+ year of experience as a practicing Attorney with a background in Trusts and Estates, Real Estate, Family Law, Business Law, Tax Law, and more. 4. Strong knowledge of Maryland law.5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals.8. High level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.9.
