This role is integral to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our integrated work systems, focusing on lean principles to drive efficiency and productivity. Oversee the development and implementation of integrated work systems across the manufacturing facility, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.2. Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity, utilizing lean principles and methodologies.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to address these opportunities.4. Manage and monitor system performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact production.5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners.6. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.7. Regularly review and update work systems to ensure they remain effective and compliant with industry standards and regulations.8. Lead the implementation of change management strategies to support the successful adoption of new systems and processes.9. Drive a culture of safety, ensuring all operations adhere to health and safety regulations.Qualifications:1. Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.3. Proven experience implementing and managing integrated work systems.4. Strong understanding of lean principles and methodologies, with a track record of driving operational efficiency and productivity.5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.8. Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including data analysis tools and project management software.9. Strong commitment to health and safety, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.10.
