The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to our attorneys in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Your expertise in Personal Injury Litigation, legal research, drafting legal documents, and litigation support will be essential to your role. This position requires a candidate who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of lemon law and Consumer Warranty Experience. Responsibilities1. Assisting attorneys with personal injury litigation cases, including research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for trial.2. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.3. Drafting, proofreading, and finalizing a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of lemon law and consumer warranty regulations, and advising the legal team accordingly.5. Managing and organizing large volumes of complex documents; developing and maintaining document databases for easy retrieval.6. Coordinating and managing schedules, deadlines, and tasks to ensure timely completion of all projects.7. Providing comprehensive litigation support including organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, taking notes during trial, and liaising with clients and witnesses.8. Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and court personnel, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.Qualifications1. A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury litigation.2. Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; Paralegal Certification preferred.3. Demonstrated experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and litigation support.4. Proficient knowledge of lemon law and consumer warranty regulations.5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts.6. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.8. Proficiency in using legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.9.
