This position is responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of CNC equipment, ensuring optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Perform on-site service, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines including mills, lathes, routers, and machining centers.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues using appropriate tools and technical documentation.Install and commission new CNC machinery, ensuring proper configuration and operator training as needed.Conduct routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment life and minimize downtime.Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and parts usage logs.Provide technical support and clear communication to customers during service visits.Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, parts ordering, and issue escalation when necessary.Adhere to all safety protocols and company service standards during site visits.Qualifications:2+ years of experience servicing CNC machinery or related industrial equipment.Strong understanding of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or others).Proficient in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.Valid driver"s license and clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various industrial environments.Interested in hearing more?
