Competitive salary! • 401(k) plan with matching! • Health, vision, and dental insurance! • 20% Bonus! • Upwards career growth!Job DetailsJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead a team in accurately accounting for building operations and transactionsReview and analyze the general ledger, financial statements, and accrual/adjusting journal entries in accordance with GAAPPrepare financial statement analysis for management and partnersCollaborate with the SVP and business executives on cash flow forecastingReview monthly, quarterly, and year-end work paper packages, including posted journal entries and general ledger analysisPrepare annual audited financial statements in accordance with GAAPAssist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecastsReview monthly bank reconciliationsDevelop reporting templates and perform analysis using tools such as Excel and JD EdwardsParticipate in business process and technology integration initiativesSupport special projects as neededQualifications:Bachelor"s degree in Accounting10+ years of real estate accounting experience; CPA preferredPublic accounting experience a plusStrong knowledge of GAAP and accounting theoryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProfessional demeanor with sound judgment and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with JD Edwards and Hubble is a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks independently with strong attention to detailInterested in hearing more?
