Spearheading the annual budgeting process, ensuring all financial objectives align with the company"s strategic goals.2. Generating monthly financial reports, providing insightful analysis and commentary on financial performance.3. Conducting detailed financial analysis to support decision-making, identifying trends, and providing forecasts.4. Working closely with the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, providing financial insights, and supporting strategic initiatives.5. Overseeing budgeting processes across various departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.6. Collaborating with the supply chain finance team to optimize costs and improve financial efficiency.7. Participating in special projects and performing ad hoc financial analysis as required.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry.2. Proven expertise in annual budgeting, monthly reporting, and financial analysis.3. Experience in the CPG sector and familiarity with supply chain finance will be a distinct advantage.4. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or a professional certification such as CFA/CPA is a plus.5. Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.6. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.8. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with financial software systems is a plus.9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.10.
