Job Overview: Maintenance Supervisor – Tucson, AZThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, planning, and overseeing the Maintenance department, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. This role drives area-specific maintenance projects and process enhancements while supporting a team of approximately 12 technicians. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position works closely with Production, EH&S, Quality, HR, Finance, and Engineering teams. Shift & ScheduleFull-time | 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 12:00 AMFlexibility to work outside of standard hours, including weekends and holidays, is required as needed.
