Facilities Maintenance Supervisor – Industrial Manufacturing | Sinton, TX Bring your electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical experience to a high-impact leadership role in a world-class steel processing environment. We are searching for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventative and corrective maintenance operations for a large-scale, industrial steel facility. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for skilled Maintenance Managers or Lead Technicians with strong electrical and mechanical expertise who are ready to take ownership of systems, teams, and performance outcomes. Huge plus if you have PLC Control Systems experience, for troubleshooting and programming. Location: Sinton, TX Industry: Industrial Manufacturing | Steel Processing Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Key Responsibilities: Lead all facility maintenance operations, ensuring maximum uptime across mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. Develop, manage, and enforce preventative maintenance schedules for equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and building infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, motors, conveyors, and production systems. Supervise a multi-skilled maintenance team; provide technical direction and ensure project completion. Partner with electricians, HVAC techs, and plumbers to complete complex installations or emergency repairs. Ensure OSHA compliance, safety standards, and risk mitigation protocols are always followed. Oversee contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects. Manage tools, spare parts inventory, equipment calibration, and facility improvement budgets. Coordinate special requests, setups, and facility logistics as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC, and plumbing. Familiarity with PLC systems, controls, and diagnostics is highly desirable. Ability to lead maintenance teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting. Comfortable working with power tools, schematics, blueprints, and heavy equipment. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in industrial conditions. Why Join ?
