This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams and delivering exceptional support behind the scenes.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Orientation: Coordinate new hire orientation, manage training schedules, ensure timely paperwork completion, and provide a smooth first-day experience for incoming employees.Training Administration: Track and support compliance with ServSafe and adult beverage certification requirements.Payroll & Documentation: Respond to administrative questions related to payroll, distribute important documents and work-related materials, and maintain confidentiality for all personal and sensitive information.Data Management: Manage updates and reporting from the employee database, supporting efficient and accurate HR operations.Interested in hearing more?
