Order Selector Job Description: As an Order Selector, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the accurate and timely selection of products for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Placing pallets on electric pallet jacks, operating along assigned multi-level racks, and locating products according to order sheets. Manually placing stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks as required, using electric pallet jacks directed. Operate stand up forklifts to move pallets of materials to designated locations Meeting productivity and accuracy standards as per location and company guidelines. Performing safety checks on pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring all safety devices are functioning properly. Wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety gear. Transporting completed palletized customer orders to the shipping dock staging area, and shrink-wrapping pallets for staging if necessary. Securing all equipment and completing necessary paperwork at the end of the shift. Performing other related duties as assigned. Order Selector Job Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must: Function as a team member within the department and organization. Be prepared to work in cooler and freezer environments. At least 1+ years of operating both electric pallet jacks AND stand up forklifts Prior order selecting experience is a preferred Must be comfortable to lift up to 50+ lbs.
