Our focus is on quality, trust, and long-term client satisfaction. We"re looking for an Estimator (or Senior Estimator, depending on experience) to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. You"ll analyze project plans, gather quotes, compile bids, and support project teams throughout the pre-construction process. Professional development opportunitiesJob DetailsKey Responsibilities:Create detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipmentCollect bids and quotes from subcontractors and suppliersSubmit accurate and timely project bidsAssess project risks and suggest solutionsWork closely with project managers to align estimates with goalsEnsure smooth handoff of project details to execution teamsMonitor market rates and update estimates as neededEnsure compliance with industry standardsMentor junior estimators and support team developmentQualifications:Bachelor"s degree or equivalent experience in constructionEstimator: 6+ years in heavy civil construction, 3+ years estimatingSenior Estimator: 10+ years in heavy civil construction, 7+ years estimatingStrong knowledge of estimating methods and project planningSkilled in negotiations and vendor relationsFamiliar with construction site operations and safety practicesExperience with HeavyBid or similar software preferredDetail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skillsInterested in hearing more?
