This exciting role is pivotal in the successful management and execution of our post-award activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all post-award activities related to funded projects, including financial management, compliance, reporting, and project closeout. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a role that combines strategic planning, financial management, and project management in the healthcare sector.Responsibilities:As a Consulting Post Award Analyst, your responsibilities will include:1. Overseeing all post-award activities including but not limited to account setup, budget distribution, progress reporting, compliance monitoring, and closeout procedures.2. Providing financial oversight and management for all awarded projects, ensuring that funding is utilized effectively and within the constraints of the award.3. Liaising with project teams, sponsors, and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and policies related to awarded projects.5. Providing strategic advice and guidance to project teams on post-award management, including financial management, project planning, and compliance.6. Identifying potential risks and issues related to post-award management and proposing mitigation strategies.7. Collaborating with pre-award teams to ensure smooth transition of projects from pre-award to post-award phase.8. Facilitating project closeout procedures, including financial reconciliation, final reporting, and documentation.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Consulting Post Award Analyst role will have the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years" experience in post-award management, preferably in the healthcare industry.2. A bachelor"s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field. A master"s degree is preferred.3. Comprehensive knowledge of post-award processes and regulations.4. Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.5. Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.8. Proficiency in relevant software applications, including financial management and project management software.9.
