This role is ideal for a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR professional with a strong background in manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will take ownership of HR strategies, support business leaders, and promote a positive, compliant, and productive workplace.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight to the HR team in implementing policies and procedures.Manage HR data and reporting through ADP or a comparable Human Resource Information System (HRIS).Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts including job postings, interviewing, and candidate selection.Conduct employee exit interviews and track separation trends.Lead the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.Attend and represent the company in unemployment hearings as needed.Develop and manage compensation structures, including job descriptions and pay changes.Support benefits administration activities including open enrollment, claims support, communications, and invoice reconciliation.Help coordinate weekly payroll operations while maintaining timekeeping and pay systems in compliance with labor laws.Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, programs, and practices.Partner with supervisors to advise on employee performance, legal compliance, and disciplinary matters.Support daily HR services including promotions, transfers, evaluations, training, job classification, and EEO compliance.Generate and interpret HR reports on workforce metrics like headcount, turnover, absenteeism, benefits costs, etc.Manage site-specific services including vending and other employee-facing programs.Stay informed on employment law and ensure internal compliance with all federal and state regulations.Provide additional support and take on special projects as needed.QualificationsFluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written — required3–4 years of supervisory HR experience2–3 years of HR experience specifically in manufacturing or industrial environmentsStrong understanding of HR budgeting and cost managementHands-on experience with ADP or similar HRIS/payroll platformsComfortable balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced settingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on resolution and collaborationAnalytical and detail-oriented, especially with data used in decision-makingBachelor"s degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferredEmployee Benefits401(k) with employer matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Life and disability insurancePaid time off (PTO)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values its workforce and strives to build a strong, engaged culture through thoughtful HR leadership.Interested in hearing more?
