This is a position with remote flexibility, but candidates must be based in Iowa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and maintaining and growing client relationships. Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including property and casualty insurance.2. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing insurance policy recommendations.3. Review and analyze policy details, identifying potential risks and proposing risk management solutions.4. Handle policy renewals and endorsements, ensuring clients are adequately covered and satisfied with their insurance policies.5. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.6. Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, ensuring they understand their coverage options and the benefits of each policy.7. Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure policies meet clients' needs and comply with industry regulations.8. Issue certificates of insurance (COI) as required and manage any changes or updates to existing policies.9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, providing clients with accurate and timely information.Qualifications:1. At least 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in account management, customer service, risk management, insurance underwriting, policy analysis, and policy renewal.2. Proven experience in managing commercial lines, including property and casualty insurance.3. Strong understanding of endorsements, COI, and other insurance-related documents.4. Exceptional client relations skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner.6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.7. Proficient in client management and client services software.8. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting deadlines.9. Must be a resident of Iowa.Interested in hearing more?
