Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigator with trial experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, excellent analytical and advocacy skills, and a proven track record of successfully handling complex cases from inception through trial.Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other complex commercial issues. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice. Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Manage all aspects of pre-trial discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production. Prepare for and conduct trials, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration proceedings. Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management and client service. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with lead counsel trial experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
