Many more great perks!Job DetailsResponsibilities: Lead and manage a variety of real estate projects, with a focus on multi-unit apartment renovations. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will achieve the desired results. Use project management systems to track progress, manage risks and issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to senior management. Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and implement improvements for future projects. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and excellence.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the real estate sector. Proven experience in managing multi-unit apartment renovations. Proficient in project management systems and software. Solid understanding of construction management processes and principles. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the real estate industry.
