An Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of banking and finance firm experience with experience drafting and reviewing loan documents (ex: credit agreements, collateral documents) in a highly structured middle market. The ideal candidate should also have experience with asset-based lending, acquisition, and real estate finance transactions.
