You'll be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Competitive pay and benefit package Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Opportunity for advancement in a rewarding environment Job Details for Maintenance Technician: Schedule: 12-hour Night Shift 6:30pm-7am 36hr/48hr Pay Rate: $31.50hr Job Responsibilities & Description for Maintenance Technician: Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance on machines and building equipment. Use diagnostic tools to identify equipment issues and execute repairs. Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks. Train and support production staff on machinery operation and upkeep. Follow all safety, quality, and GMP protocols. Use various hand/power tools and diagnostic instruments. Job Requirements for Maintenance Technician: Preferred: Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Proficient in troubleshooting and repair across multiple systems. Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals. Basic computer literacy and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.
