This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and diverse legal environment, providing advice and counsel on a wide range of complex legal matters related to Title, Residential, Commercial, and Construction. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of seasoned attorneys and will be an integral part of our firm's success, contributing to our commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal counsel and support on various legal issues related to Title, Residential, Commercial, and Construction. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments. Represent the firm and its clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely and accurate legal advice. Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys and legal professionals, contributing to team efforts and sharing expertise and knowledge.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on Title, Residential, Commercial, and Construction law. Admission to the state bar. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Interested in hearing more?
