If you're ready to take your career to the next level in an environment that fosters growth and rewards performance, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Manage cases from initial filing through trial, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, motion practice, and courtroom appearances.Conduct legal research using platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.Prepare legal documents, including discovery responses, motions, and trial materials.Argue motions, attend hearings, and represent clients effectively in court.Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to develop litigation strategies.Stay current with legal trends and procedural updates relevant to civil defense.Work independently and as part of a collaborative team, exercising sound judgment and professionalism.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.Minimum of 3–5 years of civil litigation experienceStrong writing, research, and analytical skills.Confident oral advocacy and negotiation capabilities.Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Interested in hearing more?
