If you"re a licensed nurse with a passion for building and leading high-performing care teams and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we want to meet you.Open Positions: Assistant Director of CareSupport daily clinical operations, assist in care planning and team coordination, and serve as a key liaison between staff and families.Provide leadership and daily instruction to the nursing department staff. Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Ensure proper dispensing and documentation for medications. Oversight of the move-in & move-out process according to governing regulations. Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, associates, residents and their families. Oversight of compliance as it relates to the nursing department. Director of CareLead the care team at one of our communities, oversee clinical outcomes, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.Provide leadership and daily instruction to the nursing department staff. Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Ensure proper dispensing and documentation for medications. Oversight of the move-in & move-out process according to governing regulations. Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, associates, residents and their families. Oversight of compliance as it relates to the nursing department. Regional Director of CareOversee the clinical performance of multiple communities, provide leadership to Directors of Care, and drive quality and consistency across locations.Support successful implementation and maintenance of clinical and quality initiatives, and protocols for use within the CommunitiesProvide mentoring and clinical instruction to the site level Directors of NursingOversight of compliance as it relates to the nursing department Conduct mock surveys and resident assessment timeliness and accuracy audits at each Community as neededResponsible for ensuring compliance of all aspects of clinical services in accordance with state and federal guidelines ODH, OSHA, REAC, and local Health Department compliance.
