Superintendent

Our Superintendents are responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of commercial/industrial construction projects to ensure that the project is built on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.This is a key role on our project teams, coordinating work with different crafts and subcontractors, assuming responsibility for productivity and contractual performance of the project. The Superintendent maintains continual open communication with design team, Project Manager, client, and subcontractors to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule. May provide estimating assistance, identify design inefficiencies, resolve issues with plans before they result in added budget expenditures. Maintains awareness of safety rules and procedures, identifies safety hazards and implements corrective actions.The regular working hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. but needs to be able to work extra hours, including weekends to meet project schedules, demands, and site emergencies.
