Accounting Analyst

Senior Life Insurance is looking to hire an Accountant that can work in a team as well as individually. This position offers the opportunity to perform accounting duties such as month and year end, AP/AR and bank reconciliation for multiple entities. Responsibilities: Generate billing files Help with month/year end cycle to post accounting Accounts payable and receivable Process refunds Answer customer services calls and process payments if needed Record bank/credit fees monthly Assist the Fiscal Department with payroll each week Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field Prior experience in a corporate accounting environment, Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Mathematical proficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Meet deadlines in a timely manner Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Required) Ability to Commute: Thomasville, GA 31792 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Thomasville, GA 31792: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
