If you have any level of warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or landscaping experience then Tenax wants to hear from you! As a member of the Tenax team, you will enjoy: Full Benefits Package: Low-cost deductible! Pay only $35/individual and $70/family per paycheck for Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, and HSA, which will begin after first 60 days of employment, plus a 401k with 4% match after 1 year! Paid Time Off : Accrue 16 hours of PTO (Paid Time Off) per month and 8 paid Holidays annually. Schedule: Enjoy a steady schedule which rotates between days and nights every 4 weeks. Dayshift hours 6am - 6pm and night shift 6pm to 6am. More time with Loved Ones: Due to the nature of the schedule, you will get every other weekend off! You"ll also be able to take advantage of the Christmas shutdown- when everyone is off from Christmas Eve until New Years! Duties and Responsibilities: Process rolls of plastic fences Cut, tape, measure, and label products Palletize and box products Oversee machinery Lift rolls and weights Troubleshoot basic machine problems Utilize good communication skills Able to stand and work on machines for 12 hours shift Able to work in a hot environment throughout summer Able to stand, sit, stretch, pull, and push repeatedly Able to lift up to 35lbs consistently About the Company: TENAX Corporation manufactures, designs, creates, and distributes a wide variety of fencing products for the civil, environmental, commercial and industrial markets.
