This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on HR excellence.The HRBP will be a trusted partner collaborating with leadership and fellow HR teammates to provide strategic HR consultation critical to driving business value and creating a best-in-class employee experience. The selected candidate will be a self-starting individual who possesses resiliency and adaptability to adjust to change and is an action-based problem solver that exercises strong judgement with the effective delivery of HR policy, practices, and processesThe ideal candidate will possess the following:Strong relationship management and consultation skillsBusiness acumen and overall curiosity of the businessExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills with high-impact communication styleThis position can be based in Renton, WA; Everett, WA, Seattle, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO.Position Responsibilities:Provide strategic HR consultation with leadership on workforce strategies aligned to organizational objectives and serve as an advisor to management on complex HR mattersProvide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (executive, management, and non-management) on HR practices, policy and processesPartner with Labor Relations, Legal, and/or Corporate Investigations on workforce mattersProvide analysis and recommendations to maintain high levels of engagement and inclusionFacilitate action planning and follow-through with partnersEnable organizational health by facilitating actions with the business and HR COE teammatesDevelop and implement HR actions inclusive of performance management, compensation, organization design, talent management, succession planning, change management, and workforce planningLead HR initiatives/projects and partner with leadership to design and implement workforce (union and non-union) strategies to meet organization objectivesUtilize conflict resolution techniques to support team cohesionLeverage data analytics for decision making and sustaining organizational healthBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes3+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagementPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Human Resources certification5+ years of experience resolving employee relations issues5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions3+ years of experience working for a large employer with both union and non-union populations3+ years of experience in a role supporting union populations/Collective Bargaining AgreementsExperience using analytics and data to drive leaders to decisionsExperience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final productDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
