This role will involve managing client relationships, overseeing policy changes, handling claims, and ensuring smooth enrollment processes.Why join us?Award-winning company!Great working culture!Amazing benefits!Job DetailsResponsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client matters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Manage and maintain client accounts, including policy changes, claims, and renewals. Oversee the employee benefits enrollment process to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Collaborate with the brokerage team to develop and implement effective strategies that meet client needs. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPPA, COBRA, FLEX, and ERISA. Actively participate in the renewal process, including preparing and presenting renewal proposals to clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendors to ensure the best possible service for clients. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry. Proven experience in managing client relationships, with a strong focus on customer service. Comprehensive knowledge of health and life insurance, as well as relevant regulations such as HIPPA, COBRA, FLEX, and ERISA. Experience in managing policy changes, claims, and renewals. Familiarity with the employee benefits enrollment process. Strong understanding of the insurance brokerage landscape. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
