We offer 24/7 service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Apply to learn more!Why join us?Strong benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k with Company match, disability coverage, HSA's and FSA's, pet insurance, PTO, Birthday PTO, and more.Stable CompanyGrowth OpportunitiesJob DetailsKey Responsibilities:Lead by example in selling residential HVAC systems and servicesConduct ride-alongs to train team members on advanced closing techniquesManage HVAC install orders and ensure timely equipment procurementDevelop sales and training materials tailored to HVAC offeringsDesign and lead regular in-house sales training classesRecruit, onboard, and coach HVAC sales staff to meet KPIsOversee daily sales activities, customer interactions, and issue resolutionDrive key financial outcomes including gross profit and operating profitManage technician financing processes and ensure compliance with licensing regulationsSupport administrative staff in record-keeping, compliance, and reportingRequirements:High school diploma required; bachelor"s degree or equivalent experience preferredAt least 5 years of experience training residential HVAC technicians in high-ticket salesKnowledge of commercial HVAC systems, NATE certification, and dispatch logistics a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointExperience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferredInterested in hearing more?
