Respond to all communications from aircraft owners within 24 hours. Proactively manage and document owner preferences and expectations, ensuring that updates are made after each interaction. Coordinate owner trips, including flights, ground transportation, and catering, ensuring all details are communicated within 48 hours of flight schedules. Schedule and communicate both planned and unplanned maintenance events to aircraft owners, ensuring transparency and minimizing disruptions. Provide a comprehensive planned maintenance schedule every 30 days to both the VP of Aircraft Management and aircraft owners. Communicate detailed and accurate records related to aircraft operations, maintenance, and financial expenditures. Provide timely and accurate financial reports to the VP of Aircraft Management and aircraft owners, ensuring all reports are delivered timely. Maintain the highest degree of knowledge in the company's manuals, FAA regulations, letters of interpretations, and applicable laws Be available on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Some travel may be a requirement.
