Opportunity for growth within growing companyJob DetailsKey Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality systems, inspection methods, and process controls; define metrics to monitor performance and ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct root cause analysis, manage corrective/preventive actions, and oversee calibration, testing, and audit programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to integrate quality into product development and manufacturing processes. Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and establish feedback loops for ongoing improvement. Lead and train quality personnel; report quality trends and risks to senior management.Qualifications: Bachelor"s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering; advanced or technical degree preferred. 10+ years in quality assurance, including 5+ years in CNC machining or complex assembly environments. Experience with quality systems implementation, statistical tools, and Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
