Exciting industry Great team Competitive compensation & BenefitsJob DetailsKey Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, and other commercial agreements. Provide legal advice and support on employment-related matters, including employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and dispute resolution. Manage and protect the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights. Oversee real estate transactions and manage related legal issues. Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, and provide guidance on regulatory matters. Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage relationships with external legal counsel as needed. Advise senior management on legal risks and opportunities related to business operations and strategic initiatives.Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Ohio State Bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, with a focus on contracts, employment law, intellectual property, real estate, and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bi-lingual, English/MandarinPreferred Qualifications: Experience in the manufacturing industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex legal issues. Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance programs.Interested in hearing more?
