This role involves managing customer inquiries, handling billing and coverage, and providing excellent service to existing clients. Job Details: Property and Casualty Agent Job Title: Personal Lines CSR Rep Pay Rate: $21.63 - $24.04 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours Location: Midlothian, VA 23113 Position Responsibilities: Property and Casualty Agent Address customer inquiries regarding billing, pricing, and coverage options. Process account rounding to ensure comprehensive client coverage. Assist clients with the claim reporting process and provide claim status updates. Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed. Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person. Collaborate effectively within a small team environment. Position Requirements: Property and Casualty Agent Must possess a valid insurance agent license. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the insurance industry. At least one year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance is required. Must be client-friendly and able to work well within a small team.
