This position plays a crucial role in our mission to provide affordable housing solutions to communities in need. Lead and coordinate outreach efforts to promote our affordable housing programs within the community.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.3. Provide grant application support, including identifying potential funding sources, preparing applications, and managing follow-up processes.4. Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to internal and external stakeholders.5. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing, to promote our programs and services.6. Travel as needed to meet with partners, attend community events, and conduct site visits.Qualifications:1. A passion for affordable housing and a commitment to our mission to provide housing solutions to communities in need. 2. Proven experience in grant application support, including identifying funding sources and managing application processes.3. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.4. Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining partnerships with community organizations and other stakeholders.5. Professional demeanor, with the ability to represent our organization in a positive and engaging manner.6.
