DetailsQualifications:1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation is strongly preferred.3. Minimum of 4-10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on trust and estate law.4. Demonstrated expertise in estate planning, estate tax, gift tax, powers of attorney, and asset management.5.
